About

Hello, friend. Welcome!

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis when I was 25 years old. As a writer, and an avid seeker of health information and life hacks, I have launched ArthritisFriend.com as a means to share nuggets of wisdom I’ve gained over the years and to connect with others who battle arthritis or related diseases.

My goal is to create a cozy place where arthritis warriors of all ages can consume health hacks, wellness tips, gadget reviews, and more. I will scour the web and beyond for helpful tips and tricks. I plan to offer my thoughts on everything from coping mechanisms to kitchen gadgets that are easy on the hands. I might even spill details on love affair with Enbrel. Stay tuned!

I’m not the kind of person who likes to hear herself talk. I’m more of an observer and very much enjoy hearing what others have to say. While I’ll be doing a lot of the “talking” on this blog, I want this to be a lively community. I’m anxious to hear your thoughts and learn from you. Living with a chronic disease is a formidable challenge; let’s help each other out.

Your friend,
Sheryl
